Randy Heller, Owner & Lead Programmer
Randy has 24 years of programming and 12 years of web design experience, as well as an MA in Creative Writing and a BA in English. This diverse background gives him a unique blend of creative and technical expertise that enables him to execute or manage a wide variety of web solutions. Formerly, Randy was the Web Content Manager for Contract, Architectural Lighting, and Facilities Design & Management magazines. Currently, he is the Electronic Marketing Manager for R.R. Bowker, the U.S. ISBN agency.

Debra Ronca, Project Manager & Lead Designer
Debra is a web developer/instructional designer with 12 years of experience in the e-learning/web marketing arena. Her project expertise includes every aspect of the development process -- from needs assessment to web copywriting to design to user testing. She specializes in human factors and usability issues; however, she is experienced in and enjoys all facets of website design. Debra’s writing skills are especially strong (with a BA in English from The College of New Jersey). She has created all sorts of websites, and has written copy for various projects.
